I order the SAME combo every time, the Bacon Double Smashed Jack™ Combo. I have for at least over a year. When done right, it's delicious. However, within the last SIX months, they have not been able to correctly make a quality order at least four times in a row. I'm allergic to cheese, and nowadays it's more than likely that the employee making the sandwich will ignore/not pay attention to the order details and I'll have to reorder my food. Now, they expect customers to pay $20-$25 for burgers with dry and stale patties, stale and tasteless bread, soda with no carbonation and half-full fry cartons. I'm wholly justified in demanding the bare minimum: receiving what I paid for.

I was honestly really impressed with this order. The burger arrived hot, with the cheese perfectly melted exactly how you want it. The fries were still crisp, not soggy at all, and they had great seasoning that actually stuck to the fries, which isn’t always the case with delivery. Overall, this was some of the best fast food I’ve ordered from DoorDash in a while. Super satisfying, and I’ll definitely be ordering again!

The Jumbo Jack with cheese was amazing lots of flavor what a great hamburger. Breakfast jacks are amazing little treasure of deliciousness and the fries are nice and salted Five stars !!! thank you Jack-in-the-Box

sprite was flat and had no flavor
3PC Crispy Chicken Strips were over cooked
Jumbo Egg Rolls (3) were amazing tho

The food itself was fine but there was No buttermilk ranch to eat with my Stuffed Jalapenos (7) and it was also only 5 poppers that were more bunched together, thankfully I had ranch here at home. The delivery was also dropped off at the wrong door :( . Both Jack's Spicy Chicken® w/ Cheese and Two Tacos were delicious as usual.
