An entire order of large Seasoned Curly Fries was missing! And so were the marinara cups THAT COME WITH AN ORDER OF Monster Mozzarella Stick ! Aaanddd so were the customized items such as the ranch dip. Bag was sealed, which tells me it was Jack In the Box's fault.

They forgot my chicken strips and when I called store the manager told me there’s nothing they can do about to complain to DoorDash. Gave me an attitude like they were upset I was mad about not getting my food

completely forgot a whole order of my smashed jack sliders and only sent me one order. every time i order here something goes wrong

they forgot the bacon second time in 2 days they didn't add extra grilled onions in fact there was no grilled onions
