The 1st Philly Cheese Steak sandwhich I had from this location, I drove through and it was fantastic. perfect amount if meat and the peppers were all mixed in. This one, there was a lot less meat and all in the middle and even piled up it was less meat than. I was pretty disappointed. At least the bread was soft and delicious. Ironically the last time I bought the Classic Sauced & Loaded Potato Wedges , I ordered them with extra bacon, there were a fewer wedges and less bacon than this time around. There were more wedges, hot and delicious. I will probably stick to drive through for anything more than the family meal deals from now on.

First of all, how can you charge almost $6 for an egg sandwich where the egg is paper thin and so small it doesn't even cover the bun!? It's rubbery, sits under a heat lamp and horrible! With that lack of quality, you can at least cook to order! When they were good, they were .99! And $5 for a soda!? Really!? Are you out of your mind!? The burger meat is also nothing! Thin, small and over cooked! I guess it's hard to make a med cooked burger when it's as thin as paper! All the food is SO LOW QUALITY. Onion rings, barely any onion...all hard breading! ETC ETC! I'm an old timer when JITB was good! This corporation and all the staff & restaurants have gone down the toilet!

Got a salad and it tasted very gross, the lettuce was soggy and a lot of the parts were brown and gross and there was barely any chicken in the salad there was probably about 3 small pieces

I forgot to read my own review and ordered again. I will try not to make that mistake again. This time they left the mayo out as asked and added extra ketchup without asking and an extra beef patty. The lettuce was a bunch of little pieces. The fries were gross, if you are in a bind, didnt order the fries. Asked for Diet Dr Pepper and got diet coke instead9

Egg rolls over cooked no sauce provided. Onion rings over cooked. Monster tacos had sauce which I ordered without. I love these items normally. I grew up in San Diego. My dad worked for food maker original Jack in the box parent company. I've worked in a Jack. This is the WORST product I've seen ever. And I'm sure no attempt to reconcile with a new meal will be coming. WORST JACK ON PLANET EARTH!!!!
