The chicken was dry, I only got4 onion rings with my order and the tacos were so saruratedwith grease.

Where do i start?! I remember Jack in the Box food was fresh, hot and plate ready. I work in the industry and I know one of the most forgotten things/condiments: Ranch (dressings) That is a pet peeve of mine. The fact on DoorDash app only allows 1 choice, i chose it and still never received it.
The sandwich was overcooked, bland and tacos sauce was on the heavier side. If i ask for extra sauce, my apologies but didn't expect that much.
Other than that, i hate to even leave this review, as I work in the industry and will be visiting one of my locations tomorrow to see if they understand,

the poppers weren't too spicy so I could taste them, and every part of the burger had great quality

Burger was dry, and the tacos were hard. It would help if you received taco sauce and ketchup when you ask for it.
