not the best not the worst. if ur lookin for decent quality for ur buck tho I'd go for it. way better then McDonald's. if u go in person tho be sure to tip. those workers work hard for way too little

My buttery smashed Jack burger did not come with the bacon. My fries were old greasy and hard. My burger was dry and barely had any condiments on it. I was highly dissatisfied.

My large fry was only half full and the cashier needs to learn how to approach customers because coming to the register saying what's up isn't professional.

hot ones meal tasted gross. everything was well prepared and neat, so this isn't on the jack in the crack staff. just did not enjoy the sauce on it at all.

the Philly Cheese Steak's bread eas very dry and tough, not too intolerable but it definitely effected how enjoyable the food was as well as the taste in general
