I ordered the “Loaded” Hot Mess Sauced and Loaded Potato Wedgies from Jack in the Box, expecting them to be fully loaded as described. However, when I received them, there was only one jalapeño and barely any cheese. Also, the fries were stale. This is not what I paid for, and the portion was far less than advertised. I’ve attached a photo for reference. I would like a refund for this item.

Southwest salad is outstanding-tacos that are usually pretty good were a little greesy. Overall good food as usual
