I ordered a family meal that came with two LARGE mashed potatoes with gravy and the two gravy's weren't even halfway filled up. They had no bbq sauce for the chicken fingers. This isn't the first time I've had issues ordering from Jacks on DoorDash either. My DoorDash deliverer was awesome though!

The Fried Chicken Dinner 2pc was extremely dry, the mashed potatoes and gravy were good as well as the green beans. My husband said the Salad - Crsipy Chicken BLT was the worst salad hes ever had in his life. He said the lettuce was soggy and reminded him of the lettuce you would use on a burger lol

Supposed to be chicken strip 4 piece meal but 2 of the pieces are small nuggets nt even strips. I wish the store would choose to put extra pieces in when they realize it's a broken strip or not a full strip instead of giving less .
