This was my first time trying Jack's and I have to say that I am really impressed. I ordered the Chicken Finger Dinner 4pc with green beans and mashed potatoes. The green beans were sooo delicious, chicken was moist and the potatoes were good. Would totally recommend this.

The quality of the food was horrible. The gravy was sweet, the steak was way too greasy and the grits were crunchy.

The Breakfast Deluxe was cold and flavorless. The Steak Biscuit was also cold and flavorless. I grew up on jacks and it's always been a favorite for breakfast but this was the worst experience I ever had from one.

The mashed potatoes were so runny. The buffalo sauce was straight vinegar. The hot dog was shriveled and overcooked. Was my first and last time to try this place.

Wish I had taken a picture. I ordered 3 two piece chicken dinners. The two pieces of chicken so tiny it was pitiful. No biscuit....NOTHING like their menu shows. Order with caution. Their food is good but somehow what they send out with doordash is nothing like what's served AT the restaurant. This is the second time I have ordered Jack's but the chicken dinner was the same both times.
