I love Jacks. The food is always made to perfection and their Ice Coffee is the best.

As usual, Jack's Big Burger combo is served up perfectly with hot delicious fries and a beautifully crafted burger. Mac 'N Cheese was hot, creamy and cheesy. Jack's is my favorite go to when I'm craving a delicious meal.

Order was terrible I ordered 8 pc chicken got 2 dry breast and all thighs plus the chicken was very tough and old, only thing I had to feed my kids and they were disappointed

I called and asked if they could put my gravy for my gravy and biscuits on the side and they told me they could, no problem when I ordered through DoorDash. Got my order completely right, food was great. Thanks so much to the employees I know that was a big ask and I appreciate it!

Ordered sweet tea got all dr.pepper's , plates were upside down and some of chicken was so hard that it was inedible
