Jack's Family Restaurant is a mainstay in the Haleyville Community. Although the speed of the counter workers has decreased to a nauseatingly slow pace, the food along with the staff who prepare it are quality. If the counter workers had one inch of "get up and go," about them, Jack's could be A1.

Fried Chicken Box 12pc was a little greasy but tasted good. But this biscuits were crumbled to pieces all over the chicken and bottom of box.

Did not give me everything from order and I was not told about any substitutions being made to my order. I went back to jacks to get the order corrected and the manager and staff were rude to me. This was a terrible experience.
