Amazing 9 oz sirloin steak cooked just as ordered! Tasted amazing. Mashed potatoes (loaded) and coleslaw wonderful as well. Made a great valentines dinner!

Not a bad Country Fried Steaks (with or without gravy) however for the extra money getting a side of mac n cheese the size of a bun is an absolute waste. I know I get more in the restaurant.

burger was way overcooked, burnt and dry. Really needs onions,pickles,mustard, and ketchup on it. Sadly only comes with side of lettuce and few pickle slices. For the price these items should be included or optional.

just had the Jacks burger that ive had several times before and was not satisfied. The lettuce was wilted and tasted bad. Not much flavor in the burger and no onions.Will not be ordering again. Buffalo Wild Wings has a much bigger and better burger with fries for much less.

12 oz USDA Choice Sirloin and 9 oz USDA Choice Sirloin were cooked to perfection! Flavor was great, and Pot Stickers As Meal was a good app. Will definitely be ordering from here more often if we get food this great!
