What a drastic difference ordering from one day to another! The first time I ordered the food was amazing! I couldn't get enough! I had jerk chicken that day. It wasn't spicy but it was still good. This time I had stew chicken and there was no stew in sight! The chicken was as dry as the Sahara dessert. I have never seen stew chicken thats supposed to basically be cooked in a stew like gravy so dryyyyy! I selected for stew gravy to be put on the rice and they didn't put any at all so the whole meal was dry too. Which made me realize that although the meal I ordered the first time was good they also didn't put the gravy I requested on that either.
They also didn't give me plantain in my meal this time because I ordered a side of plantain which honestly $4 for 4 small pieces is crazy. I thought they would be cut into longer strips at that price. Honestly with the inconsistency of this place I'm not sure if it's worth giving them another try honestly. I was really disappointed this time and for the price honestly there should have been more food in there too. The bowl should have been PACKED if they are going to charge $24 for a meal.

Rice and peas had corn and actual peas; no coconut milk taste. The goat head soup-meat was tough. Jerk chicken simply wasn't jerk. More like a bbq chicken-no jerk spice taste at all.
