• 20/11/23I ordered a #7 Turkey and Provolone with Rosemary Parmesan bread, Mike's Way, the Cookie 3-pack, and Lay's potato Chips. I was disappointed that my sub wasn't on the bread I requested, but the sub was still delicious. The cookies were fresh and delicious, and Lay's chips were a perfect trio.

• 12/5/26My choice came down to JJ's or Jersey Mikes tonight. I read reviews and went with Jersey Mikes. I'm glad I did. First things: Quality - the bread isn't hard like other places (Wubsay), and they don't "skimp" on the ingredients. This tuna fish actually has celery and other spices in it - WIN! Consistency is something hard to nail down - with shift changes, training, etc. However, somehow, Jersey Mikes nails this too - and across different stores in different states. As someone who worked 6 years in a NY style Deli sandwich shop - I know a lot about making a good sandwich. This my go to when I'm in a sandwich mood and have to order out. No sandwich shop is perfect, BUT some are pretty darn close! Madison Jersey Mike's Crew -- THANK YOU!

• 3/4/24This was the worst sandwiches we had ever had and I can list a few reasons why:
1. When our first order came, my sons sandwich wasn't there and I had spent over 60 dollars on four sandwiches that were very small too
2. They did not put cheese on my daughters sandwich and mine
3. The sandwiches did not taste that good
I really had high hopes for this place, but I will not be ordering from this place again. By the way we had to order another sandwich for my son and it came at an outrageous price.

• 19/10/24When you order extra meat check it -- And YES - I know that extra doesn't mean double! (not a Karen/Kevin here) But - this is the third time this has happened to me... As a matter of fact -- I had an absolutely STELLAR sub that I ordered on Oct. 13th@7:22PM -- was a super sub (#5) - extra meat was present - but once again got skimped.... Luckily, doordash credited me some dough... Still --- please pay attention to the orders --- stop sending the wrong sub or missing ingredients!!! I truly WANT to support your company - or Franchise in Madison.... but its hard when this happens. Which Wich seems to get it right at least 80% of the time. Please...
