• 12/9/25First they said that they were out of potabella mushrooms and would make me a regular #17 but when I actually bit into the sandwich it had no mushrooms and it had some kind of weird ugly fatty texture instead of mushrooms!!!

• 7/11/24This is the 4th and last time I'm ordering from this store. I try giving the benefit of the doubt and when they do get it right it is a good sandwich. But both items I ordered today were prepared incorrectly. I mean how do you screw up a plain cheese steak with extra meat extra cheese...it's three ingredients...bread, meat, and cheese. My wife ordered a wrap with onions and no jalapeños...what did she get no onion and jalapeños! SMH
And what sucks even more is if I would have opted for deliver it would have been $65. Luckily I chose to pickup this time.

• 10/3/24Ive ordered from here before, but this time they only got 1 thing right from my order. I order the big #56 Big Kahuna Cheese Steak which was great! However, I also ordered the #8 Club Sub with no mayo or tomato. The sandwich had extra mayo and NO bacon. I was also missing all my bags of chips I ordered. I guess they dont double check that everything is correct.
