• 1/9/26Rosemary bread was really hard, had no oil or vinegar & very little mayonnaise. Was the worse sandwich I've ever had from Jersey Mike's. So disappointing!

• 18/6/26Horrible, no extra meat, no oil. vinegar or seasoning. I patronize Jersey Mike's frequently, more so the Essex Street location. This sandwich was unfavorable.

• 20/4/26Had to wait several minutes for my order in store(ready via app) because the (pickup) worker refused to look at or acknowledge me and another customer ... while the (cashier) finished ringing up a customer and politely asked me and the other customer what our orders were.... Sandwich was Bomb as always
