• 27/6/26Subs are huge if you order giant, but when you order extra meat or cheese and pay a good bit extra. you can't tell the difference. save your money on adding more portions. but adding bacon to a sub that doesn't have it. is reasonablem. Even with extra meat and cheese, the bread was still 80% of each bite. Not that its a bad thing, but for those who want more protein and less carbs, dont order here.

• 9/3/26Usually I never have issues with them. Today's order not impressed. Ordered a bottle of Pepsi. Usually they tell the dashers if they are out of specific items and they didn't bother to tell my dasher they were out so they chose a random bottle of soda and a bag of chips without having them contact me. The substituted my Pepsi with a Mountain Dew which I don't drink. I ordered baked lays chips. Apparently they are out of baked lays so they substituted with regular chips. My sandwich they have slathered in mayo. Not impressed this time around.

• 5/10/25Sat there and told the instructions after I was in the building and the subs still weren't made and they still added the wrong ingredients when it's right there in front of them on a ticket a computer screen and I told it to both workers. Just sad. Every Jersey mikes outside of Hagerstown is amazing. This one do not care about quality and it shows
