• 19/3/26Both sandwiches were so good. The BLT is obviously the favorite but the roast beef club one was so good. Always packed with the meats, always fresh. Always going back :)

• 18/3/26'Giant' with 'Extra Meat' and 'Extra cheese' somehow only even has meat or cheese in 8 inches of the sub. Pretty horrifically bad value I'd say, didn't even get food in 1/3f the food i paid for,plus paying extra for extra food

• 2/1/25absolutely the worst. when I unwrapped my sub it looked like the entire container of oil had been dumped on it. it was literally dripping out of the paper. it looked like an attempt was made to mop it up with tons of lettuce. the oil was so heavy the roll felt and looked like it was rolled in it. it had to be thrown away #13 The Original Italian

I order this exact sandwich from Jersey Mike’s all the time, so I know what it’s supposed to look like.
What I received today was honestly shocking.
The first photo shows what this sandwich normally looks like when it’s made properly: loaded with steak, mushrooms, peppers, and filling the entire roll.
The second photo is what DoorDash delivered to me. When I opened it, it was mostly bread with a tiny amount of meat stuffed in the center. It looked like less than half the portion that normally comes on this sandwich.
This wasn’t a small mistake or a missing topping. It was a completely different portion and nowhere near the standard Jersey Mike’s normally delivers.
If you’re charging full price for a cheesesteak, customers should receive an actual cheesesteak… not a loaf of bread with a teaspoon of meat.
Very disappointing experience.
