• 5/4/26Last evening, we ordered giants California club & #6 roast beef subs from what I assume was from the shop in the new Tom Thumb market in Northlake/Argle. They had 1/2 the meat we are accustomed to from Jersey Mikes and they were so dry! Very little if any 'Mike's Way'. So disappointed as we love a good Jersey Mikes. We buy the giant sizes so we can get 3 meals out of them. We have to throw out the sandwich remains today as they're flavorless. I hope the manager addresses this huge problem!

• 3/11/25The bread was definitely dated it was very soft and crumbled very easily. Hopefully this is just an outlier. I usually have no issues with Jersey Mikes. I order from them at least once a week.
