• 17/1/24The Saratoga store staff is awesome and there's almost never a problem with my order. My subs are almost always fantastic. The dashers are also almost always fantastic. One small critique - when I order delivery, the filling in the sub just is not quite as much as if I were to go into the store and order in person. that was the case today - lots of bread, not quite as much content as desired - but it was still fresh and delicious. I have been a customer of this store ever since it opened, and I will continue to be. Overall very happy and satisfied with the Saratoga Jersey Mike's!

• 15/7/25Awesome job as always from the crew at the Saratoga store! Soft fresh roll, tender roast beef (unlike the overcooked dry stuff we've received from other local joints). Staff happily accommodated my request for thousand Island dressing, but had to call since it's not listed in the options. We hope the customization options will someday be updated on their DoorDash so we won't have to bother them with a call. Delicious #6 Roast Beef and Provolone at the best price in town! Will definitely order again!

• 19/12/25I was skeptical at first because when you order sandwiches there is a possibility it would come back soggy. I was impressed! it was put together very well, the size was perfect, it was nice and fresh . kudos to the kitchen crew! thank you for a wonderful sub. I will most def buy from there again.

• 26/9/25Chicken Salad Sub is very good quality, with tender diced chicken breast. But it's a bit bland if you order it with just lettuce and tomato like we did. We skipped the Mike's Way stuff. Nothing some salt and a couple spices from the cabinet couldn't fix, and still fresh and yummy!

• 8/4/24It's been a while since I ordered a sub from here. Probably pre-pandemic. The sandwich has shrunk, the turkey doesn't taste as good as I remember and they were real skimpy with the hot pepper relish. It wasn't bad, it just was no where near as good as I remember. I probably won't order again and that may be a good thing for my diet.
