The #7 SPICY EAST COAST ITALIAN was definitely yummy! I had ordered some European gourmet mustard, online, and I gave the inside top of the roll a good schmear. The only two disappointments were that I didn't get the Jumbo Kosher Dill Pickle that I ordered, there was no ice in my Coke.

I've got no problem with slower service, I understand things happen. However when the staff doesn't know what's going on, can't answer questions regarding time or delivery, and it takes an hour to get a sub..... you probably shouldn't advertise freaky fast service.
