Great sandwiches, lots of toppings, and definitely worth the price to me.

Had the most disappointing meal. The sub was hard and dry. The pesto pasta was really sour, luckily the portion was so small that I didn't feel bad throwing it away. The cookie was good tasting but was very broken when I opened the plastic. It was definitely this JJ because I have never had an issue with this company before.

Just a huge piece of bread with poor fillings in my GIANT #15 CLUB TUNA® which was also really expensive. I wouldn't have minded the price if the Tuna tasted delicious but it was just bland.

The lettuce was Wilty and warm and not cold and fresh! Hardly any toppings on it!

I ordered a J.J.B.L.T. and one of the bread options is wheat but what they don't tell you is they don't actually have a wheat sub option for subs. So instead of getting a sub they made me a sandwich. The sub alone was $10 and the sandwich looked like it was worth $4. Don't understand the option for a bread they don't actually have.
