Very great food, the chicken fingers on my sub were still crispy even after having sauce, being on a sub with lettuce, AND being delivered! Mac bites are phenomenal- arrived crispy and warm and taste wonderful as well.

I was so disappointed, usually delicious steak subs. Meat wasn't chopped well, big chunks, not tender very chewy, no seasoning, was bland. I asked for banana peppers, they weren't any. Did I eat it, yes, I worked all day ,I'm tired and not cooking. Jim's is my go to stop, it's fast and affordable, but just not good this time.....sad.... maybe next time!

The salads were soggy upon delivery. The tenders were too hot when they were put on the salad. There wasn't very much lettuce. I can get two huge salads at my hospitals salad bar for less than $20. With door dash, two of these almost awful salads cost me $36. I recommend you cut the tenders and wrap them separately when going out for delivery so the condensation doesn't make the lettuce wet and gross.

Listen, I just got a 12 inch frenchy, and it was the BOMB! it was piping hot and stuffed with steak. I paid $26 bucks amd I was worth every penny!!!!
