Just received my order from DoorDash just 5 mins ago and my order was missing 1 side which is the biscuit. I ordered the 3 pcs chicken w/ 2 sides but they only gave me 1. This was not the only time it happened. Food was good but it’s just upsetting cuz I was looking forward to try the biscuit. :(

chicken was exceptional!! although spaghetti was kinda watery and too al dente. Other than that, it was perfect!

I always buy from them, I can say they are the best but today the fries was old and chicken wasn't fresh.

The chicken we received was dry, we always buy from jollibee but this batch seemed old. A bit upsetting since its our go to food.
