Chicken salad was huge, fresh, and had a tonne of chicken crumbled just right. Half chicken tender and juicy, but NOT swimming in grease like the other Pollo franchise. Loses a star because did not receive desserts which were charged, nor the corn tortillas requested. First time tried Juan Pollo, and will definitely be returning.

Chicken is good, Casera salsa is great (per husband)
BUT $3.59 for a micro salad, which consist of lettuce, one tomatoe and 6 shreds of cheese is ridiculous. I've always loved the chicken and sides but the salad was definitely not worth the price! The dressing container is almost the same size as the salad.

I ordered the Mini Pak. That Chicken was so flavorful and tender. The sides were delicious and the quantity was sufficient for the amount of chicken.

Happy this restaurant has been added to DD, even better is that they accept messages in their Special Requests Section.
The Half Chicken Meal was excellent, beans, rice, potato salad, tortillas and salsa were very tasty.
Next time I'll order the Pecan Pie as the Flan could've been a little sweeter.
Appropriate Plasticware was included, and the 2 Liter of Stawberry Lemonade was cold and tasty.

The Mini Pak is always great. Nice quantity, quality, and flavor. Excellent for a regular meal or to share when people come to visit.
