Juan Pollo has THE best rice (an Indonesian man created it--YUM), THE best chicken (roasts in its own fats-healthy!), and THE best potato salad (EVER)! They've been a staple dine-in go-to place for over a decade. I was so happy that they've contracted with DoorDash now so that we can get our Juan Pollo "fix" regularly.

Juan Pollo at this particular location has THE BEST CHICKEN. So juicy & moist and the flavor is amazing. I've tried Juan Pollo in other cities (Rancho Cucamonga) & I only tried it once. Once was enough, always went to El Pollo Loco, can't find a decent one of those anymore. This chicken just knocked me out!

My dogs & I are back. I bought a chicken (just sinfully juicy as usual) and a large potato salad because someone said they LOVED the potato salad. I have never found a good potato salad be it from a restaurant, drive-thru, store deli, or deli. I like this potato salad. If you want to make it better, put some Miracle Whip in and mix well. You can almost pass it off as homemade. This is my chicken place!!!

I bought a whole chicken for my dogs, who are on a strict low-fat diet—yes, at 71, a widow, and living in a cheap Fontana apartment after selling my house. Didn’t think I’d be cooking chicken again after my husband retired, but then Jerry died and, well, life went off the rails.
Anyway, I grabbed a chicken from El Pollo Loco—dry and old. Total letdown.
Then I tried Juan Pollo. Best chicken ever. Juicy, fresh, and affordable. Even the breast was good—and we’re dark meat loyalists. The dogs and I will definitely be back!

The Chicken was exceptional as always, as was the potato salad.
I must mention the salsa. After I turned 65 a weird thing happened to me. I loved spicy food. I would have pickled jalapeños on sandwiches, quesadillas, everything. Suddenly I couldn't handle the slightest bit of spice;even ketchup seemed spicy. I love ketchup!
Then I got your amazing salsa (mild) oh I had tried mild commercial brand, but NoGo. I wasn't even going to try it but I did. Just as everything else homemade I LOVED IT I COULD EAT IT! It is so fresh and flavorful! I've never tasted a salsa quite like it. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!
