The flavor was good it had a good balance between crunch and filling although it was a little bit oily being that the roll itself is deep fried, it arrived still fresh so that was a plus, it came buy one get one but after it arrived i see why, the portions are snack sized depending on how much you eat. For me it was enough to keep me satisfied, for a grown man this would be an appetizer so if you're thinking this would be a meal i advise picking something else. The prices are a bit high for what you but this particular dish was bogo so it makes up for it a little. They also came with 2 different sauces so i'm not sure which is made for the rolls , one lighter peach colored sauce and another deep orange sauce, i preferred the lighter sauce with this dish as the orange one was too mustard forward for my liking and took away from the rolls, overall it was a 7/10 i'd buy from here again but next time i might try something different i also loved that i have a shellfish allergy but i had no issues with cross contamination or feeling sick :)

We ordered the Big Back Noodle Boil and the Xtreme Noodle Boil with crab meat, and both were absolutely incredible! The seafood was fresh, perfectly cooked, and loaded with flavor. That garlic butter seasoning was so good we didn’t want to leave a single noodle behind.
The portions were HUGE, so you definitely get your money’s worth. My whole family loved every bite, and there wasn’t one complaint at the table.
We’re from Virginia, and I’m just going to say it… VA ain’t got nothing on Just Sousey! We’ll definitely be making the trip back because this food is worth it. If you’re thinking about ordering, don’t hesitate—you won’t be disappointed!

Very delicious. Noodles cooked perfectly and the sauce was very good, I actually expected like half corn on the cob not slices and more than one egg cut in half but I understand. I love the sauce just eliminate a little of the salt.The whole Ramen Noodle boil was worth every dollar. The Owner was very professional and helpful. Will definitely be ordering again. Still a 8 out of 10

Honest food review.. Mystery drink 10/10, Egg Boil 6.5/10(tons of jar-lic however not a bad taste), crab cluster 10/10, magi slushie 0/10. "Smash burgers" 2/10 (they aren't actual smash burgers) But I'd order again. Heads up the food was not neatly packaged and oil/butter sauce was everywhere. Food was fresh though! Maybe the restaurant can changed containers.
