food crack! never ordered from here before butis now on my favorites. everything was so flavorful, perfect. and beautiful. the packaging was insane. very well thought out and especialay made for each dish. The broth for the Tonkotsu Shoyu was so rich and full of depth. what Ineeded for the cold. Sukiyakimrat was so tender and flavored, I nearly are it all before mixing as part of the dish.Tebasaki came in larger order as these would be my football wings..so smooth. Gyoza had crisp outer shell succulent inner, the way it's supposed to be! I wish the this food was divine.

Was pretty disappointed with my order. The outside of the gyoza was nicely pan fried, but the filling was sparse and quite bland. The Homura Don had barely a tablespoon of meat and it was overloaded with just pepper and bland outside of that. Would be too spicy for most kids imho. The "meat" in the Sukiyaki Don was inedible. It was almost entirely fatty gristle and it was not possible to separate the tiny bits of meat out of the fatty gristle. See photo - the yellowy bits amidst the meat are not onions or noodles - it's entirely fatty gristle.

So disappointed after seeing all of the great reviews. I ordered the gyoza, sunomono, aged tofu, and Tonkoatsu ramen. Everything was underseasoned and bland. The ramen noodles were soggy, and the broth was oily without much flavor. Sunomono was mostly seaweed and octopus and few cucumbers - needed a lot more vinegar. The gyoza looked amazing but the filling had little favor - at least the dipping sauce was good. The best thing was th tofu - it was cooked well and had a nice creamy texture - but the sauce didn't have much flavor. I know I've been spoiled on Ramen Ya, but they don't deliver and I was hoping for an alternative when I don't want to run out, but this wasn't it. Oh well.

Sukiyaki was good and very flavorful.the Homura Don was awful and dull. This was a LOT of rice with literally a sprinkling of something on top...and I ordered 2 of them!! I will rethink reordering from here as inconsistent quality.

Sukiyaki Don was good, except the meat was in long strips, hard to eat, had to chop it up. Sunomono was not worth the money, couple of tablespoons only. The Kaki Fry was okay, did not like the sweet drizzel on the oysters. The Karaage Curry Don was good, needed more sauce.
