Took nearly 2 hours to receive our food as a Dasher wasn't assigned for over an hour. I believe the food wasn't cooked until a Dasher was assigned but it arrived very soggy from the lemon and from how it was packed.

Chips were burnt, seems that they had been double or tripled cooked, fish cocktails tasted like rubber and fish cakes were visibly burnt.

the Fish Cocktail Pack was amazing and the sizes of the cocktails compared to other places so yummy definitely will buy again.
