• 13/8/23Chips were cold and hard like they were cooked hours ago. Chicken also cold and tasted like it had been sitting for a long time. I think Pakuranga KFC needs to seriously sort its staff out. I've never had a good meal from this branch

• 8/6/25Staff just stand around and talking. Was waiting for them for 5 mins to entertain me, none did anything. When asked about the order. They hesitated to give me the order even after showing them the order receipt. Worst customer service
