Both of my big boxes came hot and tasted good. Although I am missing my coleslaw.

I was very disappointed with my meal. The chicken was way too salty, the salad smelled sour, and the mashed potatoes also had an unpleasant smell. Overall, I was not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the food.

all the bone-in and boneless chicken was mushy, they also put 2 tenders instead of a fillet in my chicken sandwich
they always either forget drinks or the drinks just taste bad

The sides are always great! This inconsistent chicken breasts are very problematic!
I had a great one last week - and tonight as you can see in the picture - this is NOT a good white meat breast, it more like a dark thigh! Not good!

The food tasted like it was made 4 hours before it was delivered to me, the fries weren't as much as I'd get in the store and wasn't fresh, I asked for a Diet Pepsi I got lemonade, it just wasn't great, I get better service when I got to the store myself
