I order the 5 pc tenders all the time with coleslaw and mash/gravy. I select the KFC sauce and haven't received it after ordering this meal twice now. 

Other then that, the food is always good and I haven't had many issues with other orders

Everything was well packed and hot. Nice portions and very tasty. Macaroni and cheese was delicious, chicken was crispy and hot and I liked the flavor of the sauce on the barbecue chicken. Will definitely have to order again

I ordered the 3 piece and an extra wing and all the chicken was over cooked. The wings were so dried out I couldn't get any meat off, Guess my KFC days are numbered since they closed the Gahanna location.

Sandwich Box Feast s were missing drinks and one was missing fries. The other fries were very stale.
Spicy Chicken Sandwich s were pretty small, like a single chicken tender on a hot dog bun.

It was an 11-piece chicken, should've been 16, and what they did give me was soggy, and 6 pieces  had hardly any breading on them. It's hard to imagine they would serve this to anyone, let alone be this bad at counting to 16.
