They gave me 3 pieces of grease soaked 3 pc. Chicken Big Box Meal. This is definitely my last time eating here.

chicken was great and fresh..the gravy was terrible and not made properly..way to strong! I eat at this location alot..so I know what the gravy is supposed to taste like..It was terrible..I spent 3.50 on a side of gravy that I could not eat

Usually the chicken is really good but yesterday the pieces were not edible. The skin was very dark and hard somehow and there was a strange spice-like taste made me think of like star anise or cardamom. I had to throw it out. The mac n cheese was good. The mashed potatoes well that was a container of gravy  with a tablespoon of potatoes.

I was trying to give KFC wings another chance. My last experience wasn't good and many months have passed so I was hoping it was a bad day but it seems to be the standard. My wings were disrespectful. They were dry, over cooked, missing breading in some spots and over breaded in others. The chicken sandwich was decent. It was thick and juicy in the middle but the tapered ends were dry and overcooked. All of the chicken tasted like it was cooked in old grease or grease that had burned food in it leaving an unpleasant after taste. Some of the nuggets seemed fresh and well cooked while a few seemed old and dry. The biscuits were delicious. Look at the picture of my wings. How do you box that and send it to a customer? Avoid this place. One time is a bad day but twice is a pattern and how they do business.
