• 2/7/26Order was correct this time!!! Tried extra crispy .....yummy LOL Still like original but the extra crispy will be am occasional thing. Very fresh too....super hot when it arrived.

• 2/2/25The food was absolutely terrible. The biscuits were hard as a rock (literally). The cold slaw and honey were missing. The bottom of the 3 containers all gave out and when we picked them up the food fell out of the bottom (thankfully it was over a table). Overly greasy chicken pieces (needed to drain longer) This is the worst experience we have ever had at KFC and it was by no means cheap.

• 3/12/25This KFC is always deliciously cooked extra crispy Chicken Breast and the new extra crispy chicken sandwich with the pickles that's delicious as well. As long as I place the order before 4 o'clock, otherwise getting extra crispy chicken breast, my favorite, they do run out of the breasts.

• 14/10/26This was the worst chicken that I received from Kentucky since I've been ordering from their establishment. The chicken was so hard that it was not even edible. The biscuits were like potato chips. I am so unsatisfied with this order after paying $60.. I need Customer Service to give me a call because I need a refund. This is unacceptable. The fries also were overcooked. The whole meal was very unsatisfying and a disgrace to sell to any Customer.
