food was perfect,, even though I ordered a zinger and received an original fillet I am still extremely happy because someone nice took the time to write this hand written note and leave it in with the box,,, really appreciate this level of service

3 wings in a 6 pieces of chicken, all but 1 tender ccooked within an inch of eatable standard.
plus they out the 6 pices of sweet Tokyo in with all other chicken so my child ccouldn't eat it.
Disappointed is being nice.

The chicken pieces (all were thighs and wings) were bland, surprisingly. No flavor at all. From all the countries I've tried KFC from, this is a first. The chicken nuggets and the chicken tenders were good though.The potato and gravy was super inconsisten though. They put 30% potato and 70% gravy which ended up making a potato and gravy soup!

It's always hit and miss when you order from this store. I was really disappointed today because my meal was the Original Tenders™ Crunch Bowl and the salad had started to ferment, which means it was past its used by date and had a strong smell and an off taste, plus it was starting to become watery. Food is just too expensive to be charging people these prices for sub standard ingredients. The rest of the order was fine but having one whole meal that's inedible means i had to find another food option and then it becomes very expensive. Staff need to be trained to pick up on bad smells and poor  appearance of 'fresh'  ingredients.  
People deserve to have FRESH food especially during a cost of living crisis, where take away is a treat.

The chicken nuggets were tiny and soggy. The wrong sauces were delivered and the regular chips were hardly a child size serve. Very poor value and quality.
