In our bucket of chicken, there was a large thick layer of oil at the bottom. It left our chicken very soggy and unappetizing. Is there anything you can do to help? I paid for 10 pcs, but we were only able to eat the 4pcs of chicken placed at the top. Please and thank you

Not good taste, it was 4 wings and with other 2 parts not fresh. I did not ask for wings and the coleslaw was not good at all . I could not eat it ...

Saddest Deluxe Famous Chicken Sandwich I have ever had. Tasteless. Even the piece of tomato was like sorry man I'm what you get from the whole tomato.
Double Slider Sandwich you couldn't bit, was solid like a rock.
