I liked the Chicken KoJa. it was tasty and bigger than expected. the ingredients were fresh. the Umami Fries were good, but I wish I had received a bigger portion for the price I paid. the sandwich was bigger.

Beef bowl is normally good but this time had low portions of meat, I didn't see any seasoning added, and there was barely any salad dressing. A disappointing showing, hopefully not a trend.

I ordered the Braised Pork Bowl with extra pork and extra kimchi. I received a bowl with wilted greens and no extra pork or extra kimchi. I tried to get a refund and only received a partial refund that does not even cover the cost of the extra add ons. I am very disappointed in the restaurant and with DoorDash for such poor quality and poor help

The food was alright. I ordered Spam Musubi for my wife and an order of the Signature Musubi for myself, but they ended up giving us two orders of the signature masubi. It would have been good, but my wife doesn't like tamago and avocado.
Most of the rice in the masubi was hard and dry, almost like it was left out too long. And the entire masubi wasnt wrapped all the way around, making it hard to eat without it falling apart.
"The Original" KoJa wasn't bad, the flavor was good but it was messy, fell apart and there was too much rice compared to the meat.
This was my first time trying Koja Kitchen, so I'd go back just to make sure it wasn't a one time bad experience.
