• 1/9/23Pretty expensive for such little taste, everything was drowning in sauce, the texture of the fish isn't what you would expect of a 30$ dish.
The salmon and tuna have a taste of butter, and the unagi had the texture of a gum, with a strong and not pleasant flavor.
