I guess they didn't have the 3 Count Strawberry Original Glazed® so they replaced it with a random other one. I should've known better, this KK in particular is really bad. Won't order from ever again.

Did not receive this item, the store substituted the donuts with whatever they had available. I really wish they would've contacted me and asked what substitutions I would like. I am not a fan of the random donuts they threw in the order. The donuts were not fresh, some were hard to even eat.

My kids love their donuts, they're their favorite! However this store seems to mess something up every time I order from them. Today they sent my order out without the 2 large specialty lattes that cost almost $20 by themselves. The doordasher graciously is on her way back to try and get them for us.

These were old doghnuts, have been in the counter at least since the morning. They lack freshness. The dough feels dry. They came from the store in Richmond Road. Bad quality.

lemon donut was nasty and I love lemon flavor. custard chocolate one had hardly any custard and the chocolate was too overwhelming. The raspberry one was okay
