I ordered the 12-piece chicken and tenders family package, and six of the chicken pieces were thighs. I don’t like thighs, so receiving half the package that way was extremely disappointing. On top of that, all the chicken and potato wedges were dry and tasted old. I’ve ordered from this chain before without any problems, but this was the worst food and experience I’ve had. I would not order from this location again..

Chicken was extremely dry, tough, and overcooked. Mac and cheese was watery, and the mashed potatoes tasted like instant potatoes from Safeway. Terrible experience

The crispy fried chicken tastes sooo delicious. The chicken is fresh nice and hot not cold chicken. The wedges are fresh and tasty. We enjoyed the food. Will order again. Very satisfied customer.

The Honey Butter Biscuit were over cooked and dry. The chicken was far too salty, and the mashed potatoes were Luke warm. By far the worst meal I've ever received from Krispy Krunchy
