Nuggets were chewy and not crispy especially compared to previous orders. Fries were overly soft and not crispy as well.
It's a departure from the quality of previous orders.

The chicken is absolutely delicious! The pieces are large, plump, moist and wonderfully seasoned. You can't go wrong, seriously.
