Fish & Shrimp Platter main issue was my request for lots of malt vinegar resulted in a ridiculous amount (10) packets, only 2 tartar sauce, which would be ok, but a total omission of my ketchup and cocktail sauce.
thankfully the fries were seasoned well and tasted good without ketchup, but they were soggy, as was the inside of the tied up bag was damp, wet napkins etc so maybe some steam vents, or paper bag would be better for delivery.
fry portion was a bit small for a double order, but I have not had fries from LJS in years.
shrimp tasted really good, no sauce required. fish was good as usual.
next time I will just request specific condiment quantities in the request box.
I did request batter crumbs and didn't get them, but that would have been excess. (they do picture it that way but rarely serve it that way)

I had the Fish, Chicken & Shrimp Platter- very nice. I wish I could get it grilled. The food is a little too salty- revise the recipe? Wish this store used the LJS app and rewards !!1 Pc Fish - needed more 1 Pc Fish ! Tired of McDonald's fish.

Ordered the Fish, Chicken & Shrimp Platter. Requested grilled fish- got fried. The shrimp looked like they split one whole shrimp into 2 pieces. The batter was much bigger than the shrimp piece inside. Hush puppies were undercooked- tasted like dough in the center. The fish was the better tasting of the choices. I guess if they grill the shrimp, they can't cut it into pieces. The oil used to fry is very greasy tasting when you warm up the food. Corn and green beans were nice.

Being able to balance being nice with checking and double checking my order is something only servers achieve at the highest level of customer service. My chicken and fish were properly cooked. they made sure I had all my condiments. they made sure I was the right person. and they did it all with genuine smiles
