• 31/12/22Curd Rice was delicious, best of home cooking, very comforting, just perfect for a snack or late-night easy meal. Vadas were crispy and delicious, although undersalted. Puliyodharai was a huge disappointment, I did not enjoy it at all. It was very one-note with the sour tamarind masking every other flavor. Podi Dosa was, as always, crispy, thin, and delicious!

• 11/11/25These 14 mini idlis were absolutely perfect for a South-Indian comfort meal. Soft, fluffy, and served steaming hot with a flavorful sambar and two chutneys — one coconut, one tomato. The sambar had just the right spice balance and depth; it didn’t feel oily or heavy at all.
As a vegetarian, this is the kind of dish that hits home — light, nourishing, and authentic. The mini-idli format makes it fun and easy to eat, and you can taste that the batter’s well-fermented and freshly steamed.
Verdict: Ideal for breakfast, lunch, or even a light dinner when you crave something homely and satisfying.

• 16/1/23uttapam taste is not good weird used oil smell coming. Uttapam size small and thin compared to other shops. coconut chutney also not taste & watery. I expected sambar in madras Cafe taste will be good but sambar taste is not good with unpleasant smell and it's literally watery with no taste. sorry I didn't expected this
