I ordered EXTRA sauce for this Meatball sub and Mark's DID NOT deliver on their end Sub is too dry. If I added as an option to get extra sauce, I should get what I asked for!Wasted money!

Mark's is consistent and the food and portions are good, but I am disappointed there was no salad dressing included with my salad order.

Didn't get my full order and they wouldn't refund OR deliver missing item. Terrible customer service from the manager. Very disappointing.
