Well to start they threw my burgers into the bag partially unwrapped. The sprite was out of syrup so it was straight soda water. The burgers barely had any ketchup on them and the meat was crispy. Not to mention the patty doesn't even cover the whole bun anymore. Fries were cold but it is winter so I will give them the benefit of the doubt on that one.

Ordered 2 of the double bacon quarter pounder meals asked for both to be large and got medium and neither had bacon. Was charged for large fries and sodas for all 4 of my meals and got medium fries and sodas. Food was not warm but we did get it very fast from so that was nice.

didn't get my fries, there was literally a drop of sauce on my sandwiches, Literally only 1 pickle on my chicken sandwich... very disappointed this place is usually great

I ordered a double deluxe quarter pounder with cheese meal with no bun but instead I received a single breaded chicken sandwich meal. because I cannot eat gluten, I had to strip off the bun and cut off the breading on the chicken. so my meal was much smaller and had much less protein than the meal I actually ordered and all for a higher price than I would have had to pay for the meal that was actually delivered.
