• 15/12/22this isnt specific to food ordering, but I've always had a bad experience with chicken snack wraps no matter the store, so to get one that was nice, fresh, and not drowning in sauce was a really nice change

• 21/8/23It often seems the food is just thrown together with little care. More mayo in the box than on the burger, fry boxes 2/3 full. McFkurry only has additives in the first inch of ice milk, and the remainder is only ice milk. Not worth the money paid and very disappointing.

• 5/6/25the chicken nuggets were dry and old, and cold. Cold I can handle but not dry and old.

• 25/7/25I usually don't have a bad experience with McDonald's. this time I have unfortunately! The fries weren't fully cooked! My daughter's chocolate milk was missing from her happy meal and my birthday cake McFlurry didn't have sprinkles or strawberry sauce in it. I paid for a McFlurry and got a vanilla ice cream with a couple pieces of cake! Very disappointing and won't order again!
