Hello, I’m contacting you to request a refund for the Big Mac I received with my order. Unfortunately, the burger was not properly cooked. When I opened it and looked at the inside, the meat appeared undercooked and had an unusual texture and appearance. I also noticed that it did not taste right and had a bad, unpleasant flavor.
Because the burger appeared to be undercooked and tasted bad, I did not feel comfortable continuing to eat it. I ordered the Big Mac expecting it to be properly cooked and safe to eat, so I was disappointed with the quality of the food I received.
I would appreciate it if you could issue a refund for the Big Mac and look into this issue with the restaurant to help prevent it from happening again. Thank yo

I only got four strawberry pies, not six and I don't understand why you charged a dollar more than the other order and I only got one french fry so I would short one french fry and two Strawberry & Crème Pie you charged me $9 for the strawberry pies and I didn't get six supplies. I only got four

The fries where almost cold could tell they were sitting plus they were half full , the chicken sandwich bun was hard nd chicken tasted old , and burger was just cold they need to do better

Never got my McFlurry the fries cold and old not able to eat. Nuggets we're supper hard. Rehire new crew.
