Lately, the majority of the double cheeseburgers I order with no onions and add extra cheese have been just absolutely caked in onions. I typically just throw the burgers out and eat the fries. I've been paying $20 for fries and a soda. The extra cheese adds a significant charge, and to have it all go in the trash is a shame. I understand there are mistakes, but I am beyond disappointed in the total lack of integrity involved with my order. When onions are mistakenly added, the top patty is just flipped over to hide the onions in the center, where they become glued into the cheese. I have sensory issues, and onions really exacerbate the problem. I feel completely let down again and tried to just eat the fries, but they are very old, stale, and cold. I'm beyond dissatisfied as I cannot even scrape the onions off due to them being sandwiched in the middle with the extra cheese. It is quite upsetting to get a false sense of security by seeing no onions, taking a trusting bite, and being smacked in the face with a huge melty bite of raw onions, then knowing someone couldn't be bothered to prepare food correctly and decided to try to cover it up.

The buns were super greasy and had black stuff on them. But other than that it was okay.

Really that's considered large fries? When they are that empty, come on
