Food is usually hot for delivery, but always is for drive thru. I live right down the street and my daughter, who has autism 3, has an obsession with Happy Meals. In over two years, this is the only McDonalds I will make a purchase from. Staff is polite and I honestly can't recall a time when they got my order wrong, whether through order or in person. By the way, I am not a fan of fast food but my work schedule sure is... So the fact that I'm even leaving a review speaks for itself. To clarify, it's the University/Val Vista location. Great job folks! You lot don't get paid enough to be in those hot kitchens on your feet all day!

Food is always hot and fresh the Iced French Vanilla Coffee did taste a little bitter this morning but other than that I'm satisfied

there was big chunks of salt on nuggets and fries. too salty

The chicken nuggets were dry and rubbery the fries were undercooked with a weird pinkish tint to them. So nasty.

Not really at anyones fault but the Big Mac bun was a little stale. I ate it anyway, so it wasn't all that bad and I eat at this McDs all the time. Just a suggestion to check product before sending it out.
