French Fries are always undercooked from the location doordash picks up from they only fill the French Fries half way. the Quarter Pounder® with Cheese is always flat and dry. the complimentary cookie they add are old and rancid. this location is like night and day from other locations

I was surprised how many eggs were in the Big Breakfast with Hotcakes! Everything arrived hot and fresh. So glad quality is still important to this restaurant!

Usually order from here and they're good for the most part. However, on 3/25/24. My order came without condiments; Straw, Napkins, etc. as well as a non-flavored Sprite. Tastes like carbonated water. Fries were a little greasy as well. Overall, service was fine with the exception of the few listed.

Despite the current CEO faux paux the BIG ARCH™ Meal was actually really good. it was the 2nd time I ordered it and it is good. will get again. the sandwhich is large.
