The machine was down and 2 different dashers tried to pick up the order because McDonald's wouldn't cancel the order even though they couldn't make it. I called the store and they said they would make a different drink instead of cancelling the order. I received an ice coffee instead of a caramel frappe.

Double Bacon Quarter Pounder® with Cheese Meal was excellent. I'd like to know when OREO® McFlurry® became a cup of ice cream with cookie crumbs on top.

Dasher was great He actually used the hot bag and waited with the food rather than just leaving it. Only thing I would recommend is put hot and cold items in separate bags so hot doesn't melt cold and vice versa

Drinks were both wrong. Fries were half empty. Chicken nuggets tasted stale.
